What personal information do we collect from the people that visit our User Forum or website?

We do not collect information from visitors of our site. Information provided by users in ‘Contact Us’, ‘Validation Code Request’, or within the ‘User Forum’ are explicitly provided by the user and are stored and archived to help with your experience. What personal information do we collect from the people that use Simian Remote for Android, Simian Remote for iPhone, Simian Remote for iPad or Simian Remote for PC or our other applications?

We do not collect or store information from our mobile apps and applications. Audio recording functionality within our apps is used to record voice tracks, but is never sent to BSI in any form.

We collect information from you when you Open a Support Ticket or enter information on our web site.
