30 Day Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect

Broadcast Software International offers a 30 day warranty on all hardware items against manufacturer defect. Individual manufacturers may offer a longer warranty through them directly. This 30 day warranty will not cover lightning damage or end user damage.

Software purchased with a physical hardware registration key or unused support plans.

Broadcast Software International offers a 15 day return for all unregistered software that has a physical hardware key and unused support plans. Unused support plans are plans that have not received upgrade validation codes or Technical Support via the phone or internet.

Software purchased without a physical hardware registration key or support plans.

Broadcast Software International will not issue a credit for any software or support plan once the product or support plan upgraded software has been licensed with an authorization code. Support plans that have been used for technical support by the telephone or internet will not be eligible for return.

BSI has a 15 day return policy on unopened hardware items.

All hardware must be unopened and in the original packaging. No refunds will be issued on opened hardware. A 20% restocking fee is standard on all unopened hardware.
