BSI Technical Support requires a valid Tech Care Plan support contract for assistance by phone or email. Before calling or emailing technical support for help with your BSI software, make sure to obtain your Customer ID/invoice number for your current support plan.
Platinum support plans offer phone tech support or email assistance during BSI’s normal business hours, plus assistance with off-air emergencies, 24-hours a day, 7-days a week.

When sending an email to support please include the following:
– Customer ID/Tech Care Plan invoice number
– Program and version number
– Detailed explanation of the problem
