Now, help is at hand from the experts at BSI. We’ll spend time helping to setup your computer with the correct Windows settings to help your OpX program run smoothly, just like we do for our custom built systems. We will also install all of the modules that you need so that it all communicates correctly.

NOTE: OpX Remote System Configuration is only available during normal Tech Support hours, purchasing an OpX Remote Configuration System Configuration does not include training on the software.
Return Policies
30 Day Warranty Against Manufacturer Defect
Broadcast Software International offers a 30-day warranty on all hardware items against manufacturer defect. Individual manufacturers may offer a longer warranty through them directly. This 30-day warranty will not cover lightning damage or end user damage.
7 Day Returns on Software and Unused support plans.
BSI offers a 7-day refund on software and unused support plans from the date of purchase. If you have already received a validation code on your software, you must have your software uninstalled by our tech support department before a refund can be issued. Unused support plans are plans that have not received upgrade validation codes or technical support via the phone or internet. Broadcast Software International will not issue a credit for any support plans that have been used for technical support by telephone or internet.
15 Day return policy on unopened hardware items.
All hardware must be unopened and in the original packaging. No refunds will be issued on opened hardware. A 20% restocking fee is standard on all unopened hardware.
Items Purchased Through Distributors
All Broadcast Software International items purchased through an approved distributor will need to contact their distributor for return information.
