Non-Automation Product Support Plan




The NON-AUTOMATION Tech Support Plan covers our WaveCart, Stinger, and SkimmerPlus programs.  The plan is renewable annually throughout the life of the software.  Each plan covers 1 license of the software being covered.


  • Initial basic setup of the software – installation/registration
  • Technical issues with the software that the plan is licensed to cover

Does not include:

  • Training on the features of the software – this can be purchased separately
  • Troubleshooting of operating system/networking issues
  • Troubleshooting for software or hardware that was not purchased by BSI

NOTE: Non-Automation Support is only available during normal Tech Support hours, purchasing a Non-Automation Support Plan does not qualify you for 24×7 Off-Air Emergency support.
