The Tech Advantage Plan now has 3 options to choose from depending on your needs!
All new OpX and Simian PRO customers are automatically enrolled in the Yearly Tech Advantage Plan for the first year from the date of purchase. The Tech Advantage Plan is renewable annually throughout the life of the software. Each plan covers 1 air mode and 1 production mode. You must have a plan for each station for which you would like support.
Yearly plans include:
- 1st Priority on support response
- Initial basic setup of the software – installation/registration
- 1-hour target response time on phone and web-based support during normal business hours of 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific time*
- 24/7 Off-air emergencies after launch of the software with 1-hour target response time
- Remote login support
- Technical issues with the software or hardware purchased from BSI
- Free upgrades for each purchased BSI product covered by the plan during the time the plan is active
Quarterly plans include:
- 2nd Priority on support response
- Initial basic setup of the software – installation/registration
- 2-hour target response time on phone and web-based support during normal business hours of 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific time*
- Off-air emergencies during normal business hours only
- Remote login support
- Technical issues with the software or hardware purchased from BSI
Monthly plans include:
- 3rd Priority on support response
- Initial basic setup of the software – installation/registration
- 3-hour target response time on phone and web-based support during normal business hours of 6 AM to 6 PM Pacific time*
- Support during normal business hours only
- Remote login support
- Technical issues with the software or hardware purchased from BSI
*Target response times may be affected by call volume
All plans do not include:
- Training on the features of the software – this can be purchased separately
- Troubleshooting of operating system/networking issues
- Troubleshooting for software or hardware that was not purchased by BSI
- Moving the software from one computer to another and setting up the new computer for use with Simian – this can be purchased separately
Demonstration Mode/Registration issues are always covered by tech support regardless of support status
Note: New Simian LITE customers have 3 months of phone support and 6 months of web-based email support and not the Tech Advantage Plan.
